Works even better than expected! I use the concentrate adapter from my other device and it is fantastic. I would recommend this for anyone with lung issues that choose to keep participating! Easy to operate, clean and load! As a bonus bonehead move i dropped it in a full cup of coffee briefly and with a quick recovery and wipe down it functioned perfectly! I think that was due to the great design and sealing gaskets! Great job guys, well worth the price!

Hits really smooth good battery life
I was looking for a vape pen or device of some kind that would maybe be less harsh, because I felt like I had to give up vaping to protect my vocal cords. (I'm a singer.) That made me very sad. Gummies and whatnot just weren't doing it for me. Oh my gosh, what a difference the Veil Bar Neo is. I almost can't feel it in my throat at all. It's so smooth and easy. I love the battery percentage and the heat numbers on the side, too. Love it! Thank you for inventing this!

I received the Cartisan Veil Bar Pro EVO as a birthday gift and I absolutely love it! I can hit my live rosin and cold-water carts at a low temp so I get all of the terps without the burnt taste. I only had one issue... my magnetic tip kept coming off until finally I lost it :-( Lucky me when I found that I can purchase new tips and they come in a 2-pack so I'll have one on stand-by if I happen to lose it again.

I’ve had other ( hide a kart ) systems and had trouble with the kart tip having to be shaped or as short as possible , no problem here grabbed two diff popular karts and they fit no problem. ,,, the art lasts the pre heat and temp control works great. My kart lasted longer not burnt up. , only gripe is that I did knock the mag tip off putting it in my pocket and had to go back and find it. So maybe some stronger magnets guys. 👍🏼

I love this device, I do have a slight complaint about the battery( coulda done a 700mah for lil better life) and the stem i do wish the stem was a lil bit longer and lil more curved at the tip for more comfort. It is a little bigger than most I’ve used but thrilled to have one with a charging port at the bottom instead of playing Operation with the charger like with other pen batteries. Still slips easily into a pocket and has a premium feel!
Perfect little vape! Discreet, ergonomic, powerful! Coming with the wax atomizer and having such specific control over the voltage made this an instant go-to!!! Hoping this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship. That being said, I love the obsidian color but wish it had a more textured finish like the pen - every fingerprint shows! But that’s a superficial negative when again, this is such a great little vape. Doesn’t come with a charging cord but has work with every Apple USB-C charger I’ve tried!
