We offer free shipping on all orders over $20.

All Cartisan items not purchased from Cartisan must be returned to original purchase location.

We replace any unused, defective devices (if it will not turn on, not holding a charge, etc)

When filing a warranty claim, photos of damaged products and proof of purchase are required. Please allow 7-10 business days for all warranty claims to be processed.
