For any Cartisan products not purchased through Cartisan, please contact the retailer where they were purchased. Also note that if you are contacting your retailer for a replacement battery, the condition of your battery will be taken into consideration. Only batteries with a manufacturer defect will be replaced.

 

For any unopened Cartisan products purchased through Cartisan Tech, provide proof of purchase and return the products at your own expense. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

 

Please allow up to 7 business days once the return is received for your refund to process.
