Free Shipping on all orders that total $20 & above.

Discretion is a top priority at Cartisan. All orders placed through Cartisan.Tech will be shipped in discreet packaging.

All orders will be shipped within 1 business day.

Cartisan orders can only be delivered to any state in the United States of America. We currently do not offer international shipping, we apologize for this inconvenience.

All orders will be shipped via USPS with the exception of Overnight orders

All overnight orders will be shipped via UPS. OVERNIGHT ORDERS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. (Orders must be placed by 4PM EST)

Cartisan’s mission is to provide a variety of reliable, long lasting products. All of our products are designed to meet your everyday needs. If there are any issues with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a free replacement for any defective products. Please message us to get this process started.

 

For products purchased from this website:

 

All unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For all products that have a manufacturing defect (they don’t work when you receive them) please see our warranty policy below.

 

For products purchased from retailers other than this website:

 

All products not purchased from this website must be returned to the original retailer. For all products that have a manufacturing defect (they don’t work when you receive them) please see our warranty policy below.

Only products with a manufacturing defect will be replaced.

 

For any unopened Cartisan products purchased through Cartisan Tech, please mail the products back in their original packaging along with the e-mail receipt you received when it was purchased to:

Warranty Policy

 

We will replace any defective products up to 90 days from the original purchase date on this website. Proof of purchase will be the original e-mail receipt sent to you.

 

For products purchased from other retailers and online sites: please visit or contact the original retailer.

 

At Cartisan we stand behind our products. If you encounter any issues with your battery please message us at support@cartisan.tech. We will assist you with troubleshooting, if no solutions are found we will replace your product at no cost to you.
