This device takes and works with most standard 510-thread cartridges. Cartisan designs compatible cartridges you can buy in bulk and mix and match, no matter the setting. Focusing on a 510-thread cartridge is good for newer customers/smokers because you can guarantee that the threading used in them is universal.
Note that thick wax or oil substances cannot be used with The Inspector because they're too dense to heat evenly. Some oils may be used, but they need to be thin enough to wick well. If you're a beginner, just keep it simple with a 5-10cartridge.
Simply click the main device button five times without stopping to hold. Look to the faux bowl on the pipe's body. This is where the flashing power button is displayed. If it's on, it'll show the current battery life. To power off, follow the same sequence until the screen goes black.

For a stronger flavor that lasts the duration of your session, stick with a mid-level voltage (around 2.5v). If you're just looking to get that single perfect hit, aim for a higher voltage right off the bat, such as 3.5v.
To change the voltage setting on your device, press the screen (located on the bowl) three times, and you should see the device enter voltage mode. Then, just tap until you reach your desired setting.

So this December(2026) will be a year that I have now had this and it instantly turned into my everyday device. I love this device, I do have a slight complaint about the battery( coulda done a 700mah for lil better life) and the stem i do wish the stem was a lil bit longer and lil more curved at the tip for more comfort. Outside those 2 things I absolutely love it
The Inspector is so SICK! Beautiful quality product with great weight to it. I love the range of voltage, I tend to hit my vape even without noticing, so being able to go as low as 1.8V is awesome. Now, I am extremely clumsy and I was hoping there was a screen protector that Cartisan sold for the Inspector but they don't. I'm thinking a smart watch screen protector would work. Growing up, my father used to smoke with a pipe, but I'm not a tobacco smoker. Now as the cool Auntie I look distingused and I feel just as cool as I know my Father felt. I also can't stop getting compliments on it! Next up, the one that looks like a cigar!

This is a great product. I’m 61 and vape and I don’t like the looks of it newer battery vape brands but I like the pipe look like when I smoked one in college.

I waited to review it because I wanted to put it through its paces, and it works great. It can handle heavy sessions and doesn't even get below 50 percent from 11am to 11pm. 12 hours of consistent smoking without any faults needless to say it does great

Look, I bought it kind of as a goof because the homie bought one. I thought it was funny and hey, being a middle class male, aged 18-45, I felt I earned the right to put some disposable income to use.
