The Flex is a dual-mode vaporizer that adapts to however you want to session. Screw on the Flex Wax Atomizer for concentrates, the Flex Flower Atomizer for dry herb, or any standard 510 cart for oil — the Flex auto-detects which one is attached and switches to the right mode automatically. No settings to toggle, no mode buttons to hunt for.

With the Flower Atomizer or a 510 cart, press and hold the button while inhaling. With the Wax Atomizer, click the button twice — the chamber heats automatically, vibrates when it's ready (some people call this the "preheat") and you inhale.

Just swap atomizers. Power off, unscrew the current one, screw the new one all the way down so the threads disappear into the battery with no visible gap. The Flex auto-detects which atomizer you've attached and switches between temperature and voltage mode automatically — you'll feel a single vibration when it's seated correctly.

Power on (5 clicks), then click the button once to cycle through the settings for your current atomizer. The LED changes color to show the setting, and the device vibrates to confirm. The Flex remembers your last setting.

Plug in with a USB-C cable. The red LED stays on while charging, and a full charge takes about 100 minutes. You can't vape while charging. Use a standard USB source: fast chargers aren't supported.

Never soak or submerge any part of the Flex in alcohol or water — this damages the electronics inside the atomizers. For the flower chamber, wipe the interior with a dry cotton swab; use a swab lightly dampened with 91%+ isopropyl alcohol on the interior only for stubborn residue. For the wax chamber, you can burn off stuck residue by firing briefly at low temperature. Full cleaning instructions for each part are in the Flex User Guide.

Three white flashes means the device isn't detecting the atomizer. First, make sure the atomizer is screwed all the way down — the threads should disappear into the battery with no visible gap. If it's seated and you still get the white flash, unscrew it, clean the 510 threads on both sides with an isopropyl alcohol swab, let it dry completely, and reattach. The Flex is a portable, discreet form factor — built for smooth, even-tempered draws rather than heavy, dense clouds. For the biggest pulls, set voltage to Red (4.0V) for flower or temperature to Red (600°F) for concentrates, and grind/load finer. If you're looking for desktop-level rips, a larger-format dry herb vape will get you closer.


They'll physically screw on, but only the Flex battery has the multi-level voltage/temperature modes and auto-detect. On another battery, the atomizer will just run at whatever that battery's voltage is.
